Management

Mohamed Sirajudeen

Mr. Mohamed Sirajudeen is the General Manager of Ensurion and brings in a wide range of experience in the areas
of Underwriting, Claims Management, and Reinsurance from within the regional insurance industry. Prior to joining
Ensurion, Mr. Sirajudeen played key management and operations roles at the Arab Insurance Group (ARIG),
AXA Insurance, and Solidarity Arabia Takaful. He has over 16 years of relevant industry experience and is an
Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) in London. He also maintains graduate degrees
in both Law and Commerce.

Board of Directors

Ahmed Alumran (Executive Director)

Mr. Alumran is a Managing Partner at Stratum, the private equity firm that founded Ensurion. He represents a range
of experience in private equity, business strategy, and new ventures. Mr. Alumran has served in board, executive,
and advisory capacities to several ventures both regionally and internationally in industries such as financial services,
technology, and manufacturing. Mr. Alumran holds Masters of Engineering and Bachelors of Science degrees in
Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.).

Marwan Tabbara (Executive Director)

Mr. Tabbara is a Managing Partner at Stratum, the private equity firm that founded Ensurion. He represents a range
of experience in private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance. Having worked with Citigroup in New York,
London, and Bahrain, Mr. Tabbara has led a number of financial advisory engagements for clients both regionally and
internationally. Mr. Tabbara holds a Masters of Engineering Management degree and a Bachelors of Science degree in
Electrical Engineering and Economics from Duke University.

Sameer Al Wazzan (Director)

Mr. Al Wazzan is the General Manager of Solidarity, the world's largest Islamic Insurance company, and has previously
held the post of General Manager at both Bahrain Kuwait Insurance and Bahrain National Insurance. As one of the
region's insurance industry leaders, Mr. Al Wazzan is the former Chairman of the Bahrain Insurance Association, Vice
Chairman of the Arab War Risk Insurance Syndicate (AWRIS), and a Board member of the General Arab Insurance
Federation and the Coordination Commission for Gulf Insurance & Reinsurance Companies.

Advisory Board

Mousa Al-Rubaian

Mr. Al-Rubaian is the founder of Dar Mousa, the first specialist insurance advisory firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He was previously the CEO of the National Company for Cooperative Insurance, then the only licensed insurance
company in KSA and one of the largest insurers in the Middle East for over 15 years. Mr. Al-Rubaian graduated with a
BSc in Electrical Engineering in 1975 and joined the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, a government lending institution
focused on emerging industrial companies. Mr. Al- Rubaian is currently involved in several initiatives including setting up
the first reinsurance company as well as the first actuarial firm in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Al-Rubaian is also the Chairman of
the insurance Committee of the Council of the Saudi Chambers of Commerce.

David Ezekiel

Mr. Ezekiel is the founder of International Advisory Services (IAS), the world's largest independent captive insurance
management company. Before establishing IAS in April of 1981, David Ezekiel was a Partner at one of the leading
accounting practices in Bermuda, Moore, Stephens & Butterfield (the Bermudan arm of KPMG). A recognized industry
leader in the field of captive insurance, Mr. Ezekiel is also Chairman of the Association of Bermuda International
Companies (ABIC), and in February 2004, was named "Insurance Leader of the Year" by the Bermuda Insurance Institute.

Youssef Al Kareh

Mr. Al Kareh was the former General Manager of Ensurion and represents a wide range of experience in the areas of
reinsurance, brokerage, captive insurance, and other alternative risk transfer (ART) solutions. Prior to joining Ensurion
Mr. Al Kareh was a senior consultant at MARSH Risk Consulting in London having been a part of its Structured Risk
Practice Unit serving blue-chip clients, public companies, and a number of quasi-governmental bodies. Mr. Al Kareh is a
fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London (FCII), a member of the Securities & Investment Institute (MSI), and
an Associate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT). He holds an MSc in Finance from the ISMA
Centre at the University of Reading where he graduated with top distinctions.
