Feasibility Studies
Ensurion can assist in analyzing the feasibility of forming and operating a captive insurance company based on the parent's strategic objectives. This study typically includes an analysis of the parent's insurance programs and exposures and an assessment of possible captive structures.

Pre-Incorporation Fees
Legal fees are incurred in preparing the articles of association, tailoring legal documents, and preparing and submitting the necessary incorporation documents to Bahrain's Ministry of Commerce and other relevant regulatory authorities.

Company Capitalization
Like any other new business, a captive insurance company needs to be capitalized. However, the minimum capitalization requirements and the minimum solvency requirements for captives are much lower than those for traditional insurance companies.

Registration Fees
Annual fees paid to Bahrain's Ministry of Commerce depend upon the type of company formed. An annual license fee must also be paid to the BMA in order to obtain a captive insurance license.

Management Fees and Third Party Expenses
Although Ensurion's management fee will vary depending on the size and complexity of the captive, the total cost involved is typically less than that of self-managing a captive.
